John Anthony (Booky) Stubblefield, age 44, of Bulls Gap, went to be with his heavenly father on Thursday, March 4th, 2016 at his home. He was preceded in death by his father; Mack Danny (Punk) Stubblefield, grandparents; Lon and Novella Seals and Dan and Lorene Stubblefield, great grandparents; Dan and Elsie Stubblefield and Dollie and Mack Wolfe.
Survivors include his mother; Bobbie Stubblefield, brother; Trevor Stubblefield, daughters; Hailey and Gracie Stubblefield, niece; Taylor Stubblefield and Kristy Stubblefield, the mother of his children. He is also survived by several uncles and cousins. He was a great father, son, brother and uncle. Booky was a friend to everyone that knew him.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 9th, 2016 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Jason Roach and Rev. Gary Gibson officiating. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, March 10th, at Dean Cemetery in Mooresburg for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service.
