JERRY “IGOR” BALLARD, age 68 of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at his residence. He was of the Baptist faith. Jerry was a long time employee of Shelby Williams and the City of Newport. He was preceded in death by his mother, Zenia Ballard and sister, Flora Mae Holt. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Gladys Ballard; son, Joe Ballard; sisters, Mary Anna Ballard and Christine Webb and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Greene officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:50 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 in Hamblen Memory Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Arrangements by Stubblefield Funeral Home in Morristown, Tennessee.
