Carolyn L. Deal

Carolyn Lee Burger Deal, age 69, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 8, 2018. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceding her in death were her husband, Steve W Deal; parents, Elsie and Carroll Burger; and brother, Jimmy Burger.

Survivors include her daughters, Rebecca (Rodney “Woody” Roberts) Wilson and Sandra (Josh) Young; grandchildren, Steven (Candace) Wilson, Angela Wilson, Brandy Roberts, Chelsie (Brandon) Solomon, and Courtney Rickard; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Buford Burger and Don Burger; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Travis Webb officiating. Family and friends will meet in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Saturday at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
