Rickie Vandale Richardson

Rickie Vandale Richardson, 51, of Morganton passed away Friday, April 16, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Rickie was born to the late Orville Richardson and Georgia Pearson June 29, 1969 in Burke County.

Rickie was a master auto mechanic who could work on any type of car no matter what the problem was. He was also of the Christian faith.

Along with his parents Orville and Georgia Richardson, Rickie was preceded in death by his sister Linda Miller.

Those left to cherish his memory is his son Keith Richardson, two daughters; Kelcie and Kloie Richardson, grandson; Waylon Richardson, three brothers; Steve Richardson (Crystal), Darrell Richardson, Howard Miller, and one sister; Lynn Smith along with a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 12- 2 p.m. Saturday, May 01, 2021 at Kirksey Funeral Home of Morganton.

Due to COVID-19 masks and social distance will be required.

The Richardson family has entrusted Kirksey Funeral Home of Morganton with arrangements.
