Paul Richard Chambers

He was born in Burke County to the late Henry Chambers and Lucille Corpening Chambers.

Mr. Chambers was employed at Broughton Hospital where he worked in laundry services, he also loved R&B music and loved playing his guitar.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother; William Corpening, cousins; Eugene Johnson, and Virgil Johnson.

Those left to cherish his memory are cousins; James Corpening, Minnie J. Surratt, Clarence Johnson (Shirley), Christine Johnson, and Rebecca Johnson all of Morganton, sister-in-law; Fredrica Corpening of Morganton, niece; Martha Sharp, and Nephew William Corpening.

Graveside services will be held at Shiloh A.M.E. Church Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 2pm
