Kenneth Murrell Dockery

Kenneth Murrell Dockery, 84, of Morganton died Thursday, March 04, 2021. Born on June 02, 1936 in Cherokee Co. he was the son of the late Ernest Dockery and Edna Allen Dockery. Kenneth was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, he retired from Drexel Heritage Furniture, and a member of the American Legion.

Along with his parents Ernest Dockery and Edna Allen Dockery, Kenneth is preceded in death by two brothers; Carl and David Dockery, and one sister; Jennifer “Jenny” Willey.

Among those left to cherish his memories is his wife Patricia Ann Harding Dockery, daughters; Virginia Marshall, Debra Beckman, Lori Tipton, and Lisa Orders, grandchildren; Holly Keeten, David Marshall, Jr., Jessica Church, Andrea Caramagno, and Ashley Pelka, great grandchildren; Marcus Keeten, Kaleeah Keeten, Kannan Keeten, Justin Marshall, Maggie Marshall, Dawson Church, Katelyn Church, Kassem Caramagno, brother; Glenn Dockery, sisters; Donna Clore, Judy Blair, and Jolene Bryson, along with a hosts of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Kenneth was a very caring and loving person that would do whatever he could to help other people. He will be greatly missed.
