David Hobson McCormick, age 85, of Morganton, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022. David was born to the late Thomas Dillion McCormick and Gracie Vienna McCormick on October 10, 1936 in Socastee, SC.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at Amherst Baptist Church on Saturday, February 5, 2022 with funeral services to follow at 1:00 PM. The Reverend Ernie Richards and Reverend Harold Joplin will officiate.
David will be laid to rest in Burke Memorial Park, Morganton, NC.
