Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at New Mt. Esther Baptist Church 1213 James Street Morgan City, Louisiana. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her father, John Wilson of Morgan City, Louisiana; her two daughters, Tanisha Wilkerson and Shanelle Wilkerson, both of Morgan City (Siracusaville), Louisiana; three sisters, Joan Wilson and Tracey Wilson, both of Morgan City, Louisiana, and Alaina Shephard of Atlanta, Georgia; one brother, John (Dora) Cooper of Morgan City, Louisiana; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; along with a host of relatives and friends.
Sandra was preceded in death by her mother, Sylvia R. Wilson, her husband, Alvin Wilkerson, and one godchild, Elliott Bill.
