Dr. John Collier retired from the Air Force as a Technical Sergeant after honorably serving for over 20 years. Dr. John Collier was a man with many titles. First and foremost, he was a man of God which was his favorite and most important title. He was a humorous, fun and loving father, husband, grandfather, great grandfather, father-in-law, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
He will forever be loved and deeply missed. However, we praise God that he's where he lived his life to get to. We know he's getting his shout on and rejoicing before the Lord. We can have peace and rest in knowing we will see him again.1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
Dr. John Collier answered the call from God to preach the Gospel in 1972. He preached his first message in Okinawa, Japan at Mt Sinai Baptist Church.
He was a sought after speaker preaching in many cities and states such as Lakewood, WA, Anchorage, AK, Alexandria, VA, Little Rock, AR, Las Vegas, NV, Grand Prairie, TX and many cities in California as well as other states in America.
He was gifted with all 5 of the fivefold ministry gift’s, Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher. He was a powerful preacher and teacher. Many people today are saved & filled with God’s Spirit, faith and love because of his obedience and love for Christ.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Robertha C. Collier. His 2 daughters Tamara Collier Hillard and LaShawn Collier Greer. His 2 sons-in-law Donald Hillard and Malcolm Greer. His 10 grandchildren Donae, Donte, Tahjae, Kiara, Javon, Tanae, DaShae, Amara, John and Janae. His 3 great grandchildren Serenity, Cayden and Harmony (1 in heaven). His 3 Stepchildren Priscilla Medinilla, Crystal Mojica and Albert Medinilla Jr. His 7 step grandchildren Isaac, Aiden, Noemi, Alyssa, Benjamin, Saydee and Rylee. A sister Nancy, a brother Philip Albert, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of family and friends.

A visitation for John will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Miller Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA. Funeral service to follow at 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Committal service will occur Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA.
