To my sister -in-law whom I loved so much my Husband and I will always cherish the years we spent together we pray all the time but God knows I wasn't prepared to see you go but we're going miss you you're  amazing smile your generosity your love for other I Will always be with us I could go on and buy those that knew you they know your love and generosity for others love you my sister Sonny and I will always be there for Keisha.

A time for honoring a wonderful life well lived by Jean. She was always up beat and willing to share whatever knowledge  that could help others. I will truly miss her laughter and smile. May your faith give you strength.

I will truly miss Jean as she would always have words of wisdom for me when I needed it.  She and I would talk on the phone for hours and once we talked on the phone on New Year's  Eve until the new year came here in Jackson and we were still talking when the new year came in 2 hours later in Moreno Valley.   
 
Jean was always a kind and thoughtful person who would always speak kindly of others unless you really got on her last nerve.
Jean loved God,  knew the Bible and could quote just the right scripture you needed to hear.
Jean loved and was so proud of Keisha as she would always tell me of Keisha's  talents and business accomplishments and successes as well as her travels.
Jean loved her family and her siblings as they were very close and always supported each other.  I am a cousin but I would tell Jean that I wanted to be their sister too, so Jean would always tell me, "You are our sister too".
Jean always depended on God and I don't ever remember her complaining about her eyesight or other incapacities.  She would always tell me " As long as I am alive, I am not going to sit around and be miserable."
JEAN WILL TRULY BE MISSED BUT SHE HAS LEFT ME WITH MANY MEMORIES THAT MAKE ME SMILE WHEN I THINK OF HER.

Our sister (Mama Lora's girl) has transitioned on to the other side. I am reminded of Isaiah 57: 1-2 (NLT) which states: "Good people pass away; the godly often die before their time ... No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come. For those who follow godly paths will REST IN PEACE when they die."

The special people in our lives are never really gone. Each soul leaves a legacy of love and each memory becomes a bridge of comfort, which connects one heart to another forever.

I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the entire family of Doris who was such a wonderful person. This visit with my grandmother Missouri will forever be cherished because she made it a point to meet her. Thank you Keisha for making sure she knew about my grannys' shenanigans lol.
