It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret A. Martin (nee McBrine), peacefully during the early morning hours of Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the Lakeshore General Hospital in her 92nd year.
Beloved wife of 68 years to the late Thomas B. Martin. Cherished mother and mother-in law of Sherry (Kevin Lyons), Brine (Angie Iannotti), Kellee (Keith Murray), and Quinn (Amanda Ashton). Adoring Nana (Nan) to Meaghan Sky, and loving Granny to Samantha (Vince), Nicholas (Lauren), and Dylan Martin (Mishka). Little Aunty Margaret to many nieces and nephews and best friend to Mabel A. Fitzgerald, for 84 years.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at The Church of Saint Jean the Baptist, 233 Sainte-Claire Ave, Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9S 4E3, from 10 am to 12 pm, followed by a service. A reception will be held immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Alzheimer Association or to a charity of your choice.
