John was an adventurer who always sought to expand his knowledge of everything that captured his interest. He was an entrepreneur and employer who never stopped working and enjoyed the fruits of his labor.
Although John loved Montreal and his lifelong home in NDG, his heart and soul truly belonged to Lake Memphremagog and his summer home on Fitch Bay.
John was loved and respected by all who knew him and will be deeply missed by his lifepartner, Mary Jeffers; his son, Christopher John MARSHALL; his sisters, Catherine JONES (Rod) and Mary Ellen Hervochon (Michel); and his nieces and nephew, who adored their uncle.
A celebration of John’s life will take place at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, 5610 Sherbrooke St. W., Montreal, on Friday, December 6, 2024. The service will commence at 2:00 PM, followed by a reception at 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of John Kenneth Marshall.
