John Bardis

John Bardis was born on September 20th, 1927 in Athens, Greece. He came to Canada in 1955 and married his wife, Tania five years later. John was passionate about family, work and having fun. He enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. John was a self made man and worked for more than 30 years. He loved family, friends and enjoyed bringing them together. John was a kind soul who loved to tell a good joke or two! His sense of humor was comforting during tough times. His wisdom, wit and kind soul will be missed.

John Bardis is survived by his wife of 56 years, Tania Bardis, son George and wife Nathalie, and their son Brian, his daughter Matina and husband Frank Carozza, and their sons Chris and his fiancé Tracey, and son Julian, his sister-in-law Marie-Thérèse, his nephew and godson Derek Marinos and his daughter Tanica, his nephew Richard Marinos and wife Vicky Jong and his niece Tania Marinos and her husband Nick Di Rienzo and their daughter Maria Louisa.

on Sunday, April 30, 2017 from 2 to 7 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home, thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges cemetery for interment.
