Joan Matte Caban

Joan Matte-Caban passed away peacefully with her loving daughters by her side on Wednesday May 01, 2019 in Hawkesbury Ontario. She was born August 28,1928 in Drummondville Quebec to Antonio matte and Mary Matte nee McCann. She was married in 1951 to William F. Caban and was a wonderful wife and loving mother. She is survived by her husband “Bill” and leaves behind her children William, Paul, Dianne and Toni, her grand-children Nadine, Anika, Julie-Christine, Phillip and Justin her great grand-children Michael, Connor, Emily and Victor as well as many in-laws and family friends. She will be resting at Côte-des-Neiges Funeral Home, 4525 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal Québec H3V1E7. Thursday May 09, 2019, from 12pm to 14pm with a mass and burial to follow at 2h30pm at the cemetery Notre-Dame-des-Neiges, 4601, chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, Québec, H3V1E7. Friends and family members are invited to share their memories and support each other in celebration of her passing.

Elle laisse dans le deuil, son mari William Caban, ses enfants, William, Paul (Edvige Persechino), Dianne et Toni (Yves Boileau), ses petits-enfants Nadine (Paul Christie), Anika (Éric Longval), Julie-Christine, Philippe et Justin ainsi que ses arrière petits-enfants, Michael, Conor, Emily et Victor. Elle sera exposée le jeudi 9 mai 2019, au Centre Funéraire Côte des Neiges, 4525, chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal Québec, de 12h00 à 14h00, les funéraille auront lieu ce même à 14h30 à la chapelle de la Résurrection du Cimetière Notre-Dame-des-Neiges, 4601, chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, Québec, H3V1E7.
