It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of James D. Campbell from cancer. He was 64 years old.
James will be forever and deeply missed by his dearly cherished and devoted son, Jonathan, as well as other family and friends.
James was a writer on art and curator for more than 35 years, and had published numerous monographs, essays and reviews. He often remarked that he regarded writing as his life's blood.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held later this year. Details will be announced at that time.
