As a teenager, she embarked on a journey from China to Montreal, Canada, to welcome a new culture and reunite with her parents. She was determined to build the best life for her family.
Driven by her passion for science, Diane would graduate from Sir George Williams and become a chemist working predominantly in the pharmaceutical industry. While working as a chemist she would also become a business woman known for her professionalism and fairness. She always aimed to treat others with generosity and mutual respect. Her achievements reflected her exceptional work ethic and intellect.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Diane's spirit was defined by her insatiable curiosity and zest for life. She found joy in every opportunity to expand and share her knowledge with her family and friends or to be an ear to help others through difficult times. Her passions included hosting family reunions, sharing memories, tending to her beloved garden, listening to her favourite music, and shopping for the “best deals in town”.
Above all else, Diane cherished her family and friends. Her warmth and generosity knew no bounds, leaving an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her.
We will always remember the immeasurable love and wisdom she bestowed upon us and her spirit will forever illuminate our lives, guiding us with the same grace and strength that defined her own.
