Cora Nicholls Rice

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Cora Nicholls Rice, who died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on February 23, 2017, after a lengthy illness. She leaves to mourn her loving husband of 53 years, Euclid, her children Colin (Catherine), Sonia (Felix), and Andy (Jackie), and her grandchildren Pape, Kérima, Quincy, Nicolas, Kristan, and Nyah. She also leaves behind her sister and brother in Barbados, Maria and Bertram (Norma), her brother Winston (Judy), her late sister Gene, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers of the CHSLD Vigi Mont-Royal for their care and compassion these past 2 years. The family will receive condolences at the Centre Funéraire Côte-des-Neiges, 4525 Côte-des-Neiges, Montreal,H3V1E7, on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 2 to 5pm and from 7 to 10pm, as well as on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 9:30 am to 11am. The funeral service will follow at 11am in the chapel of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Cora’s memory may be made to Parkinson Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.
