William Lewis Stephenson

William Lewis Stephenson, age 62 passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, April 26, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. William "Billy" was born and raised in Montgomery. He was a member of Dalraida Baptist Church and worked with Haigler Hinge before he retired. Billy proudly served in the Army National Guard and enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting and working on the lawn. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Mary Stephenson.

He is survived by his wife of 15 years Elaine Stephenson; brothers Bobby (Cindy) Stephenson and Tommy (Cherie) Stephenson; sister Diane (Warren) Adams; stepsons Shane Brasington and Chase Brasington. granddaughter Allie Brasington and fur baby Bras.

A Celebration of Life graveside service for William will be held Friday, May 3, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Greenwood Cemetery with a Family and Friends visitation one hour prior to the service at Leak Memory Chapel.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St Jude's Childrens Hospital.
