He was preceded in death by his parents James C. Ragsdale and Bennie Lee Ragsdale.
He leaves to cherish his memories a wife Betty Ragsdale, a son William Brandon Ragsdale, and eight
brothers and sister Billy Ray (Alma Lee) Ragsdale, Lloyd (Lavada) Ragsdale, Mary Slatton , Diane Payton,
Sheila (David) Jeffery, Judy (Clem) Cramer, Becky (Kenny) Stinson, Dorothy (Cecil) Cook and a host of
nieces and nephews. In his spare time William “Billy” enjoyed spending time with his family, playing
games and visiting car shows.
