Wilfred "Chuck" Charles Hunt II

Wetumpka, AL – Wilfred Charles Hunt II (Chuck) passed away Saturday, August 17, 2019. Chuck is survived by his wife, Elaine Hunt; children, Chad Hunt, Claude Hunt (Candice), and Georgianna Hunt Clemmons (Mitchell); father, Wilfred C. Hunt I; grandchildren, Reagan Hunt, Will Hunt, Mason Hunt, Alice Hunt and Erik Hunt. He is also survived by his sisters, Toni Hobson (Jimmy), Patricia Doughty (Don), Trina Barnes (Russell) and Tenny Morgan (Jon).

Chuck was raised as a military child, the only son of Wilfred and Alice Hunt (deceased). He went on to follow in his father’s footsteps by serving his country in the United States Army. Chuck retired in 2016 after a long career as a Regional Director for an auto parts distributor.

Chuck had a love for mechanics and all things automobile-related. He could often be found riding his motorcycle or working on automobiles, taking immense pride in customer satisfaction. His success is directly attributed to his work ethic, unequaled attention to detail and natural mechanic abilities. Chuck would be best described as an honest, loving and hard-working family man, grandaddy and friend. He will be dearly missed by his family and the many people he has touched throughout his life.

Funeral services will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Montgomery on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 45 pm with the visitation one hour prior.
