Vivian Roberta Dyal Jordan

Vivian Roberta Dyal Jordan , age 94, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, October 11, 2010. Mrs. Jordan passed away at her home with her children by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross Allen “R. A.” Jordan, two daughters, Mae Wynette Jordan Ward and Phala Carmen Jordan Tatem. She is survived by four daughters, Roberta Karen Jordan Latham, Rose Mary Jordan Fearn, Janis Vivian Jordan Smith, Joyce Jordan Bergstrom; six sons, James Alan Jordan, Hugh Max Jordan, Ross Steven Jordan, Warren Hill Jordan, David Samuel Jordan and Mark Randall Jordan; fifty-six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Capitol Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 770 South Court Street, Montgomery, AL. on Friday, October 15, 2010 starting at 11:00 a.m. with Bishop Andrew Wilkin officiating. Mrs. Jordan will lie-in-state at the church one hour prior to the services. Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Thursday, October 14, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A grave dedication will be at Calebee Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Shorter, Alabama.
