Viola Clough Van Roy, 80, a resident of Montgomery passed away on Friday, December 9, 2011 at her home. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Dalraida United Methodist Church at 2:00 with Rev. Ed Deabler officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. She was proceeded in death by her husband Charles Clough and son Derrick Murphree. She is survived by her husband Bernard Van Roy; sons Duaine (Nanci) Murphree and Patrick (Cindy) Murphree; daughters Vana (Timothy) Montgomery, Milynda (Ronnie) Posey, and Stella Clough; Stepchildren Michael (Rocio) Van Roy and Lane (Win) Jones; Grandchildren Kristy Cortes, Kathryn, James and Lydia Murphree; Jared and Shelby Murphree, Charles Martin, Angela and Benjamin Posey; Great grandson Shawn Rodriquez; and sister Sylvia (Jerry) Wickizer.
