Pettit, Sarah Freeman, age 70 passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2014. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jimmy W. Freeman and a son, Michael Freeman. Mrs. Pettit is survived by her husband of 24 years, Jerald Pettit; a son, Jim (Sandra) Freeman; step-sons, Jerald (Angie) Pettit, Aaron Pettit; a sister, Pam (Charles) Reed, brothers, Don W. ( JoAnn) McAnnally, Garry “Butch” (Brenda) McAnnally; grandchildren, Mathew Freeman, Heather Freeman (Justin) Chandler, Jerald Pettit, Katie Pettit, Kyle Pettit, Kole Pettit, Garred Pettit ,Justin Pettit, Preston Pettit and three great-grandchildren, Cayton, Barett,Ryland and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Pettit was a member of Beacon of Hope Church. Funeral services will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 11:00 am with Reverend Randy Newman officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery Visitation will be at Leak Memory Chapel on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
