Ruth Ann Brown

Ruth Ann Brown, 51, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at White Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Francisco officiating. Visitation will be at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday. Ruth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend who will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone. She always had a smile on her face, whether it was watching NASCAR, enjoying her pets, or just being outdoors, she was always happy. Ruth worked for over 30 years in Civil Service, the majority of that time spent at Maxwell Air Force Base. She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Brown and brother, Keith Brown. She is survived by her loving husband, Brad Welch; mother, Martha Boehm (Gene); stepson, Jonathan Welch (Kelli); stepdaughter, Nioka Norwood; sister, Sandy Paschen; grandson, Hunter Norwood; granddaughter, Alyssa Norwood; nephews, Cory Paschen, Eric Horn, and Dustin Horn; and niece, Savanna Roper; and numerous other loving family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Humane Society or to one’s favorite charity in honor of Ruth Ann Brown.
