Peggy Marnell Bowden McGalliard, 59, a resident of Montgomery, Al., met Jesus Sunday, July 31, 2022. Funeral services will be Friday, August 5, 2022 at 11:00 am at Leak Memory Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
Mrs. McGalliard is preceded in death by her grandparents Emma Irene and Earl Gill and Zora S. and Lewis Bowden, father Jimmy L. Bowden, Sr. and brother Jim Bowden, Jr.
She is survived by her husband Michael R. McGalliard, two sons, who were her pride and joy, Griffin McGalliard and his wife Bonnie and Graham McGalliard, two grandchildren Solomon and Margaret Anne McGalliard, mother Brenda Bowden, two sisters Melanie Bowden and Tracy Bowden, nephew Tyler Bowden and wife Heather, niece Amanda Moses and husband Neal, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
