Pattie Goodall Robertson

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Albert Gordon and Pattie Malone Goodall, Sr.; sister-in-love Eunice Goodall, brother, Dr. Albert Gordon, Goodall and his first wife, Bebe Clark Goodall, sister-in-love Carol Goodall, niece Lori Goodall , sister-in-love Betty Robertson Gilmore.

She is survived by her devoted husband Gordon Lee Robertson, Jr.; brother Dr. Harrison (Lorraine) Goodall, Sr., sister-in-love Carolyn Chapman Goodall; brother-in-love Daniel B. Gilmore, Jr.; her children, Pattie Lynn (Alex) Neese, Lee (Lucy) Robertson & Bruce (Beth) Robertson; her grandchildren, Taylor Cobb, Twila Robertson, Noel Robertson, Nicholas Neese, Ashleigh Neese, Bailey Robertson, Braydon Robertson; 14 nieces & nephews and numerous great-nieces & great-nephews.

A native of Birmingham, AL, she had lived in Montgomery, AL since 1968. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1955 and received her Physical Therapist certification from the Medical College of Virginia in 1956. She enjoyed helping others heal. She was an active member in her Churches, singing in the choir, playing hand bells and was highly involved in the Walk to Emmaus program.

She enjoyed camping with her family in the Great Smokey Mountains National park and travelling with her husband in their Avion travel trailer for many years, seeing all the wonders of the United States. Spending time with her family, playing the piano, reading, planting flowers, playing cribbage and Pounce were among her favorite pastimes.

A celebration of her life will be held on March 28 at 2 pm at the Alabama Heritage Funeral Home, 10505 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
