Nelda Elise Tatum, 81, a resident of Montgomery, Al., was rejoined with loved ones Thursday December 29, 2011. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday January 4, 2012 at 2:00pm with Minister Lanier Tatum officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Tatum was preceded in death by her loving husband E.W. Tatum Jr., son; Thomas V. Tatum and daughter; Kathy Tatum Kendrick. She is survived by her sons; Enoch H. Tatum (Fukiko), James D. Tatum (Teresa) and Michael E. Burnett (Jamie). Sister, Merlene Hallman (Jim), Daughter in Law; Nina Tatum, ten grandchildren; Lisa Kay Knight (Timothy), Tammy Peters (Doug), David Tatum, James Kendrick (Joycelyn), Dianna Culbertson (Josh), Jenny Ratliff (Billy), Russell Kendrick Jr., Jarred Burnett, Kacee Burnett and Megyn Burnett. Pallbearers will be Shawn Sellers, David Humphrey, Trey Martin, Timothy Knight and Larry Ludwig. Visitation will take place one hour prior to services (1pm) at Leak –Memory Chapel.
