Michael Sealy

Michael Stephens Sealy, 73, of Montgomery, AL, passed away on April 14, 2021 after a battle with cancer. Michael was born on January 7, 1948 in Mobile, AL, the son of William Neal Sealy and Sarah Stephens Sealy. Michael was raised in Montgomery, AL with his sister Suzanne.

After graduating from Lee High School in 1966 he received his bachelors degree from Troy State University. He then attended Faulkner University and later received his Juris Doctor Degree from The Jones School of Law.

In 1974 he met the love of his life, Cher Joyce, and they wed that year. They raised two daughters, Deirdre Anne Joyce and Lindsey Leigh Sealy.

Some of Michael’s hobbies included water skiing, attending Alabama Football games, and piloting airplanes.

He is survived by: his wife Cher; daughters, Deirdre Plato and Lenzi Sealy; and sister Suzanne Wright.
