Melissa “Emmy” Thompkins, 33, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 11:00am at White Chapel Greenwood Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. Melissa was preceded in death by her mother, Carollyn Calhoun; and infant son, Christopher Kozlowski, III. She is survived by her husband, DeWayne Ward; daughters, Erin Thompkins, Camryn Kozlowski, Reagan Kozlowski, Kinsley Ward; son, Hunter Chavis; godmother, Cheryl Pate; sister, Candace Chandler and several nieces.
