He was preceded in death by his wife, Faith H. Wilson, parents, Marvin and Hazel Wilson and sister Katrina Burdette. He is survived by two sons, Langston Wilson (Karen), and Jason Wilson (Cindy), two sisters, Darlene Violette and Freida House. He also leaves behind four grandchildren, Christopher, Amanda, Abigail(Abby) and Cooper.
Anyone who knew Marvin knew him as a lover of music, Alabama football and a good joke. His sense of humour and sarcastic laugh were his trademark. No mater how serious or dark the moment, he would find a way to make you laugh.
Services will be held at Leak Memorial Chapel, Montgomery, Alabama, on Friday September 9, 2022 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be 10:00 am preceding service.
