Louis E. Hartzog, Sr., 81, of Montgomery passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013. Louis was a faithful member of Dalraida Church of Christ and formerly taught the Fishers of Men Evangelism Course . He worked for many years as a home improvement salesman for Jones Brother’s Roofing Co. He is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years Dorine; Children: Brenda Sidoti (Dean) of Panama City, FL; Beverly Blair (Charles) of Indianapolis, IN; Louis E. Hartzog, Jr. (Nita) of Montgomery; Julie Kincaid (Robin) of Birmingham; Nancy Jones (DP) of Montgomery; Sister: Estelle Hagler (DeWitt) of Ozark, AL; 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Leak Memory Chapel. Funeral services will be at 11 am Thursday at Leak Memory Chapel with Minister Doug Smith officiating. Interment will be private. Honorary pallbearers will be the Elders of Dalraida Church of Christ. Louis was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
