Ms. Julie Rushton, Age 79, resident of Millbrook, AL died Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at her residence. Ms. Rushton was a finance officer with a local bank for 17 years and the probate office for 17 years before she retired. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Bachelors of Applied Science. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at White Chapel- Greenwood Funeral Home at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to service with burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Ms. Rushton is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lucille (Blackstone) Kennedy, sisters, Minerva Roberti and Mary Jo Wells, and a son, Richard (NMN) Rushton. Ms. Rushton is survived by three sons, Timothy Eugene Rushton, Stephen Mark Rushton (Faith), and Jonathan Phillip Rushton (Amy), brothers, Paul Kennedy (Linda) and John Kennedy (Nelda), several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
