BOOTH, Joseph Thomas IV “Jody”, age 54, died suddenly December 15th, 2011. Jody was a graduate of the University of Alabama, a member of Delta Tau Delta social fraternity and a graduate of Birmingham School of Law. Jody was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Searcy Wilkerson (Booth). He is survived by his father Joe T. Booth, III; brother, Britt S. (Kay) Booth; and brother Robert K. Booth. Pallbearers will be Britt Booth, Bob Booth, Lee Willcoxen, Mike, Christopher and Casey McCluskie. Funeral services will be held on December 22, 2011, at 2:00 at Leak-Memory Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the charity of your choice.
