John Franklin “Frank” Herring, born on June 2, 1952, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. He was survived by his children, John Beattie Herring, Stacey Ann Barry; three grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and his sister, Cathy Strayhorne.
