Devin worked with his dad in the moving business and previously attended Macon East Academy and Alabama Christian Academy.
Devin is survived by his father, Jeffrey Boswell (Jamey), mother, Leesa Bates, grandmothers, Roberta Kemp and Donna Curtis (Wayne), his sister, Christa Boswell, his brother, Blayne Boswell and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is also survived by a multitude of extended family and friends.
While his family and friends are saddened by his death, they are grateful for his life. Devin has a loving and great heart. He was a quiet soul and was a kind, caring, and giving person. He enjoyed the simple things in life such as his love for fishing. He enjoyed playing baseball when he was younger at East Montgomery and was so proud of be part of the 2009 East Montgomery baseball team that went to the World Series. He loved his family and friends and was adored by many. He had a great sense of humor and would make you laugh when you least expected it. He let you know that he loved you and was sincere when he said it.
Devin was a steadfast friend and confidante to everyone he knew.
He will be dearly missed by all the lives he touched but his humble, kind spirit will live on in the lives of all who know and love him
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
