Westbrook, Jenny Leigh, 70, a resident of Wetumpka, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023, and is now with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She is survived by her loving husband, Don Westbrook; sons Donny Westbrook (Paula), Bennett Westbrook (Beverly); grandchildren Boone Westbrook, Lige Wyatt Westbrook, Carter Westbrook, Luke Westbrook, and Linley River Westbrook. She is also survived by her brother Lige Penton (Judy); nieces Kathleen Penton and Kelly Shores (Chad) and two great nephews Colton Shores and Destin Shores.
Visitation will be held at Leak-Memory Chapel on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM, followed by the service at 11:00 AM with Elder Jonathan Blakeley officiating. Internment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Boone Westbrook, Lige Wyatt Westbrook, Carter Westbrook and Luke Westbrook. Honorary pallbearers will be Edgar Bice, Dennis Wiggins, Mitch Ward, Jim Glass and Ted Price. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the caregivers at Baptist South.
