James Marshal “Buzz” Hand, 58, of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019. His parents, Robert Lee Hand and Eloise Pouncey Hand, preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother, Robert Hand (Tammy); sisters, Carmen Warwick (Jay) and Patricia Bye; five nieces, Victoria Bye, Rebekah Bye, Jacqueline Bye, Rachel Warwick and Lindsey Warwick. A private family service will be held.
