"Jackie" Tommie Jacqueline Johnston

Tommie Jacqueline “Jackie” Johnston, age 74 of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ and a current member of Eastern Meadows Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lorene D. and Will Jack Turner. Survivors include the love of her life and husband of 55 years, Tommy Wayne Johnston; her children, Wayne (Jenny) Johnston, Jr., Randy (Vickie) Johnston, Kim Johnston (Shanon) Smith, Jack (Julie) Johnston; grandchildren, Britton (Brooke), Emily, Turner, Gracie, Hunter, Katy, Lily Ann, Will, Kevi, Kami; great grandchild, Hensley Jae; sister, Dixie (Demar) Elam; brother, James Turner; brother-in-law, Kenneth (Peggy) Johnston; and a host of friends and family in Alabama, Tennessee, Kansas, and Florida. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM, Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Leak Memory Chapel with Preacher Steve Housley officiating followed by the burial at Greenwood Serenity Cemetery.
