Jack William Lambert, age 73 passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2022. Jack was born August 9, 1948 in Coffee County, Alabama to Robert "Fox" Lambert and El Paso Edith "Pat" Lambert. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Foxene Everidge. Jack is survived by his wife of 32 years, Jo Ann Law Lambert and his sister Melba Taylor as well as many nephews and nieces.
Mr. Lambert worked as an A.C. and appliance repair person but was known for his sense of humor and contagious laugh. A dimpled smile and his bright green eyes always let Jo Ann know he was up to something. A Viet Nam vet, Mr. Lambert was proud of his time in the Navy. Jack enjoyed being outside: gardening, building and tending to whatever animals he had at the moment. A big Bama fan, he was also very involved in his church. But more than anything else, he loved his family, especially his wife, Jo Ann.
A visitation for Mr. Lambert will be held Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, followed by a Celebration of Life Chapel Service at 11:00 AM. Services will conclude with a burial in Montgomery Memorial Cemetery, 3006 Simmons Rd., Montgomery, AL.
