Harold “Skip” Whittle, died Monday, August 4, 2014 at the age of 87. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 from 9:30am-11:00am at White Chapel Greenwood Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 11:00am with Lee Bloodworth officiating. A private graveside service will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Skip was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife Janet; sons, David (Teri) Whittle, Bruce Whittle; and granddaughter, Michelle Jean Whittle; and special friend Rob Thrasher. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Covenant Presbyterian Church, Children’s Transportation fund at Alcazar Shrine or the charity of your choice.
