Gladys Mills died on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Baptist Medical Center East. She was 87 years old. She is survived by siblings Walter Hiraishi, Marian Kihara and Jack Hiraishi; her two children, Robert Mills and Debra Mann; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was the widow of Charles W. Mills, who died May 2, 2000.
Mrs. Mills was a resident of Wesley Gardens Retirement Center in Montgomery, Alabama. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 31, at 10:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Montgomery, followed by the funeral at 11:00 a.m. and burial at Heritage Cemetery, next to her husband.
