Gail English Summers, age 67, of Opelika, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018. She was a beloved mother and grandmother, as well as working as a nurse (LPN) for 30 years. Gail loved flowers, loved to shop, and loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved and treated her little Chihuahua, Punkin, like family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Summers; her brother, Shelby Ray English; and her sister, Kathleen English.
Gail is survived by her son, Steve Miller; her brother and sister-in-law, Bill & Joan English; her grandchildren, Aerial Miller and Deacon Miller; and Punkin.
A visitation for Gail will be held Monday, July 30, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL 36109.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Bill & Joan English, Pat English, and Vickie Owens for their care during this time.
