Erma L. Owens of Montgomery, AL passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, March 30, 2020. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Alvin L. Owens, parents Virgil and Annie Mae Hudson Hendrix, brother J.C. Hendrix, sisters Evelyn Howard and Virginia Johnson.
Survivors include her son Van Owens of Key West, FL, daughter Sylvia Livingston (John) of Montgomery, granddaughter Dr. Gena K Hendrix of West Lafayette, IN, niece Carol Jones (Horace) of Montgomery and 2 great grandchildren Lucy and Trey.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 3 at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel followed by a graveside service at 3 PM officiated by Dr. Teman Knight of Heritage Baptist Church.
