She worked for Appleton Wire for 27 years.
She loved to go fishing and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Chalmers Collins and children, James Lee Collins and Elizabeth Grace Collins Billings.
A visitation for Dorothy will be held Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 3828 Mt Zion Road, Ramer, AL 36069. A celebration of life gathering will occur Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 3828 Mt. Zion Road, Ramer, AL 36069. A burial will occur at Alabama Heritage Cemetery, 10505 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, Alabama 36117.
