Donald E. Foster Jr.

Donald E. Foster, Jr., 61, a resident of Deatsville, AL, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 13, 2011 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Leak-Memory Chapel. Funeral services will be on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at Leak-Memory Chapel with Rev. Gary Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Mr. Foster was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine. He is survived by his wife, Ashley; two sons, Donnie Foster III, Darryl Foster; granddaughter, Lindsey Foster; grandson, Nicholas Foster; cousins, Marcille (Jim) Forrester, Mary Hilliman (Barry), Carole Miller (Rick). Pallbearers will be Sheriff Bill Franklin, Chief Deputy Ricky Lowery, Chief Pilot Lee Hamilton, Capt. Mark Thompson, Capt. Jack Clark and Lt. Adrian Lisenby. Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Morrow, Sam Faulk, Don Day, Jason Chambers, Chris Zeigler, Gary Bowars, J.D. Gray, and Greg Jones. A special thanks to the Alabama State Troopers, Elmore County Sheriffs Office, Montgomery Police Department and Montgomery County Sheriffs Office; Wayne and Sandra Lee; and Sonny Livingston and Family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Brain Tumor Association or the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
