She was Preceded in death by her father, James Cook; mother, Mary Whitaker; sisters, Susan Burgess, Pam Cook; sister in law, BJ Stephens; nephews, Michael McDonald and Chris Walter.
Charlotte is survived by her husband, Perry Collum; daughters, Amanda Collum, Brooke (David) Smith, Connie Markwell; grandchildren, Tyler White, Harleigh Collum, Eryn Thomas, Emilee Thomas and Aiden Markwell; sister in law, Nora Preston and brother in law, Steve Preston.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Leak Memory Chapel with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Greenwood Serenity Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Jay Johnson, David Smith, Scooter Bodiford, Randall Taylor, Steve Preston and James Henderson.
The family would like to send special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff in ICU and 1 North at Baptist Medical Center East.
