Mr. Charles Joseph Rutland, 90, who resided in Wetumpka, Al., passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at his residence. A public visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 9:00am-9:45am in the chapel of White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home followed by a Celebration of Life Graveside Service at Greenwood Cemetery at 10:00am.
