Charles Lewis Ferguson, age 87, of Deatsville, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry S. and Sally Mae Ferguson, brothers Ward "Dub" Henry, Wilbourne Thomas and Curtis Eugene Ferguson, and sisters Zettie Mae Poole and Mollie Jean Sweatt.
Charles is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Linda Jane Ferguson, his son Lewis (Toni) Ferguson, grandson Tristan Ferguson as well as many ccousins, nieces and nephews.
Mr Ferguson was born April 16, 1934 in Tuscaloosca County. He was a U.S. Navy veteran having served in the Korean War, was an active business man serving the Auburn and Montgomery areas, and a member of the Lake Pointe Baptist Church in Dadeville.
A visitation for Charles will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at White Chapel-Greenwood , followed by a funeral service at 12:30 PM with Stewart Young officiating.
