Carol Lee Aldridge

Feb. 20, 1965 - November 2, 2014 Celebration of Life services for Carol Lee Aldridge of Fairhope, Alabama, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at First Baptist Church, Fairhope, with Dr. Jerry Henry officiating. The family will receive friends at the Celebration of Lee's Life Reception immediately following the funeral. A private burial will be held at Memory Gardens of Fairhope. Leak Memory Chapel of Montgomery will be directing services. Lee is survived by her children, Tracy Lee Taranto of Fairhope, Alabama, Brian Christopher Guidry of New Orleans, Louisiana, and Tristen Aldridge of Fairhope, Alabama; grandchild, Gabriella Lee Taranto of Fairhope, Alabama; brothers and sisters, Connie DiGiulio (Pete) of Palm Coast, Florida; Donna Aldridge (Paul Merkison) of Blakely, Georgia; Chris Aldridge (Rita) of Orlando, Florida; and Greg Aldridge of Dothan, Alabama; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Orange Beach, Alabama, and attended First Baptist Church, Fairhope, Alabama. She actively participated in the Community Bible Study Fairhope Women's Class. She was a committee member for Art for Heart, and Alabama Baptist Children's Home. Pallbearers will be Brian Guidry, Tristen Aldridge, Chris Aldridge, Casey Adams, Thad Benton, Paul Merkison, Jared Saltz, and Holman Bowen. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alabama Baptist Children's Home. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Charmaine Dodd and Gina Goodsell for so many years of friendship, unconditional love and support and care taking, Community Hospice, and the care takers of First Flight Home Care.
