Duke, Bruce Harold, 59, of Wetumpka, Al. was killed in a tragic accident on Saturday, July 28, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Fletcher H. Duke, sister, Bambi Duke. Bruce is survived by his son, Edgar (Paige) H. Duke; mother, Annie Joyce Duke; sister, Barbara (Pat) VanCor; granddaughter, Kendall Duke; neice, Amber Smith; nephew, Dalton VanCor and great-nephew,Peyton Smith. Bruce was the owner of Bruce Duke Heating, AC & Electrical for 40 years. Funeral services will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Minister Gary Stringfellow officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Leak Memory Chapel from 5:00 until 7:00. Bruce was well known and loved by many. He was a true blessing from God and will be dearly missed. Serving as pallbearers are, Bob Brooks, Danny Davis, Paul Harper, Charles Rodgers, Randy Sansom and Jody Tisdale.
